That's Reiki – an ancient Japanese healing practice that works with your body's natural energy fields. Passed down from Master Mikao Usui in early twentieth-century Japan, Reiki (meaning "universal life energy") taps into the same vital force known as ki in Japan, chi in China, and prana in India.
During your session, you'll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I gently place my hands on or slightly above different areas of your body – from your head to your feet.
As a channel for healing energy, I help guide Reiki through my hands to wherever your body needs it most.
