Hey there! They say home is where the heart is—mine beats strongest for family, nature's wisdom, and helping incredible women reclaim their vitality.
Food is my love language! I believe eating should be a sensational experience, from crisp farm-fresh salads to decadent dark chocolate (because we all need a little indulgence). My dinner table is where the magic happens. I’m all about bringing family and friends together to eat, laugh, and make memories.
My interest and learning journey in integrative health began in my early 20s. My fiancé had been diagnosed with AML Leukemia, and his prognosis was not good. Listening to my intuition, we began studying and practicing many forms of complementary therapies. He survived the bleakest of odds. We got married and had three beautiful children.
This season of my life awakened a curiosity and inner knowing that everything is connected and our bodies are meant to be well.
For over 35 years, I have studied how our thoughts, emotions, stress, food, and environment affect our biology. Attending countless workshops and classes across all areas of wellness. In 2006 I became a Reiki practitioner and began volunteering for hospice. In 2007 I became a Reiki Master and, in 2008, opened my practice, Grace and Gratitude Healing Therapies, in Melrose, MA. Throughout those years, I have empathetically counseled countless clients on the connection between thoughts, emotions, stress, food, environment, and well-being.
In January of 2018, I felt a strong desire to provide more support to my clients on their health journeys. This led me to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching program. I successfully completed the Health Coaching training and then embarked on a journey of continuous learning. My focus areas expanded to include gut health, thyroid health, as well as mindset & stress management. In 2022, I proudly became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
With a blending of all the progressive health and wellness leaders I've studied and my intuition, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, allowing my clients to develop a deeper understanding of lifestyle and food choices that work best for them, improving their energy, health, and happiness.
I specialize in working with incredible women 40+, who have spent years “getting it all done” and now find themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausted, burnt out, and disconnected. I’ve developed a transformative process that helps you acknowledge your strengths, redefine what you value, and then design and live a life you love. I call this process:
