You will complete an assessment form, and the information you provide will help me filter thousands of recipes in the data bank to your unique wants and needs. After you submit your form, we will schedule a 60-minute Zoom call. A recipe collection will be compiled based on your assessment and our conversation. During our call, you will design two meal plans that meet your needs and fit your lifestyle. Your grocery list is automatically generated as you add meals to your plan.
